Fee Schedule & Cancellation Policy
Please find outlined below details of the fee schedule and fee policy for Castan Child & Family Therapy.
Fees
Initial Parent Consult (90 minutes) $200.00
Ongoing Sessions (60 minutes) $180.00
Payment for sessions can be made by cash, credit card or Eftpos. Payment is required at the end of each session unless otherwise negotiated and a tax receipt will be given to you on receipt of payment.
Important to note:
There is a
24 hour cancellation policy
and the full fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given on cancellation of a scheduled appointment. Its is understood that at times, there are extenuating circumstances.In these cases the fee will be waived.
All accounts not settled on the day will incur an account keeping fee of $15.
If accounts are outstanding beyond seven days, no further appointments will be offered in the practice, until outstanding accounts are cleared.
Medicare Rebates Available
Rebates are available if you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. Medicare rebates are offered for 10 sessions per calendar year. The approximate rebate on a 60 minute appointment is $82. Consideration will be given to bulk bill clients and will be discussed on an individual basis.
NDIS Available
NDIS self-managed, and plan-managed funds also welcome.
Caulfield & Rosebud Hours
Caulfield: Mondays 12pm -5pm, Tuesdays & Fridays all day.
Rosebud: Wednesdays all day.
